It is especially suitable for occasions where it is difficult to smooth and form oil films, such as heavy load, low speed, reciprocating or swing, and is not afraid of water impact and other acid etching and scouring.
Because the base plate is stable as low-carbon steel data, the processing accuracy of the outer diameter of the bearing is guaranteed, and the dry bearing does not need to be fixed with screws after the product is installed into the seat hole. The phenomenon of walking the outer circle can be avoided by relying on interference cooperation. The change of the chemical composition of the inner surface alloy layer can meet the requirements of different bearing pressure, different application temperatures and different sliding speeds. The design of oil grooves and oil pockets with different structures on the conflict surface in production can meet the requirements of different refuelling methods and avoid shaft biting.
