Introduction to sub-categories:
Cylindrical rollers and raceways are in line contact bearings. Load capacity, mainly bear radial load. The friction between the rolling element and the retaining edge of the ring is small, which is suitable for high-speed rotation.

According to whether the ring has ribs or not, there are NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF and other single-row bearings, and NNU, NN-type double-row bearings.
The inner ring and outer ring of the bearing can be separated.
Cylindrical roller bearings with no ribs on the inner ring or outer ring, the inner ring and outer ring can move relative to the axial direction, so it can be used as a free end bearing.
Cylindrical roller bearings with double ribs on one side of the inner ring or outer ring and a single rib on the other side of the ring can bear a certain degree of axial load in one direction.
Double row cylindrical roller bearings have high rigidity against radial loads and are mainly used for machine tool spindles.
Generally, steel stamping cages or copper alloy car cages are used. However, there is also a part of the use of polyamide forming cage.
According to the presence or absence of ribs of cylindrical roller bearing rings, there are various shapes as follows.

NU type, N type, NNU type and NN type are suitable for free side bearings. NJ type and NF type can bear a certain degree of axial load in one direction. NH type and NUP type are used as fixed side bearings.
NH type cylindrical roller bearing is assembled by NJ type cylindrical roller bearing and L-shaped rib ring. When installing NUP type bearings, the lettering side of the retaining ring should face outwards.

1)Cylindrical roller bearings (stamped cage)

EW series products with large load capacity are available.

2) Cylindrical roller bearings (cut cage)

EM series products with high load capacity are available.

Cylindrical roller bearings (polyamide shaped cage)

With polyamide forming cage (ET type), it can be used continuously in the temperature range of -40~120℃. However, if it is to be used at a high temperature of 100°C or higher in the environment of gear oil, flame-retardant operating oil, and synthetic ester oil.

3) Full complement roller type cylindrical roller bearings

The full complement roller type cylindrical roller bearing has no cage and can be assembled with the maximum number of rollers. Therefore, the load capacity is very large.
However, because it is a full-load roller type, it is inferior in terms of high-speed performance compared to a bearing with a cage. Open single-row and double-row bearings are mainly used in the low-speed and high-load fields of general industrial machinery, and dust-proof double-row bearings are mainly used for crane steel rope pulleys.

4) Cylindrical roller bearings for pulleys

Features:

1. Tightness:
Because of the contact seal ring, the effect of preventing the intrusion of foreign matter and water is excellent.
2. Large load capacity:
As a bearing for pulleys, it has a large radial load capacity and thrust load capacity.
3. Corrosion resistance:
Through phosphate coating treatment, the anti-rust ability is improved.
4. Grease replenishment type:
It is a sealed bearing. At the same time, grease can be supplied through the inner ring with a grease hole.
5. Reduced installation parts:
With the outer ring retaining ring, the sealing performance is good, so the number of parts around the bearing can be reduced, and the cost of the overall structure of the pulley can be reduced.
