The service life of non-standard bearings is closely related to manufacturing, assembly, and use. It must be done in every link to make the non-standard bearings in the best running state, thereby extending the service life of non-standard bearings.
1. How to deal with the effect of high temperature of non-standard bearings
(1). The alarm bell will ring.
(2). The light failure plate of the mechanical fault of the water wheel next to the machine lights up, indicating that the temperature of the instrument indicating the temperature of the non-standard bearing has increased, and the signal relay is activated.
(3). The black needle of the thermometer plate (expansion thermometer) coincides with or exceeds the yellow needle.
(4). Issue the fault signal of non-standard bearing temperature increase.
2. Causes of high temperature phenomena of non-standard bearings
(1). It is possible that the cooling water of non-standard bearings is interrupted, causing high temperature.
(2). It is possible that the oil quality of non-standard bearings deteriorates, the oil itself is not clean, or the oil deteriorates during operation. For example, the increased moisture in the oil will cause the acidity of the oil to increase, which will reduce the lubricating effect of the oil and cause the bearing bush to be corroded, which will cause the non-standard bearing temperature to rise.
3. How to deal with the high temperature phenomenon of non-standard bearings
When the temperature of non-standard bearings rises, first of all, it is necessary to judge whether there is any wrong action. If the temperature is indeed rising, the following treatments should be done immediately:
(1). Check the cooling water pressure, water flow and piping system are normal. If the water pressure is low, it may be that the filter is clogged. If it cannot be processed in time, it can be stopped for processing. When it is confirmed that it can work, it can be put into use again.
(2). The oil pressure of the governor should be checked. If the oil pressure is low, the cooling water hydraulic valve may be closed.
